Sprouted Ragi Dosa is one interesting way of adding nutrition with taste. Sprouting Ragi seeds makes it mineral rich and it is much easier to make too than traditional dosa. Also you can add more flavours to it but here is the basic recipe for you to try out. You can team it up with tomato chutney or coconut and enjoy every bite of this crispy dosa.

This is a calcium rich recipe and goes well for all age groups. The same batter can be used to make uttapams too and with some cheese it would taste even better.
