Ingredients
  1. Mixed Sprouts: 1 cup (Beans, lentils etc)
  2. Onion: 1 tbsp chopped
  3. Tomato: 1 tbsp chopped
  4. Cucumber: 1 tbsp chopped
  5. Coriander: 1 tbsp chopped
  6. Green chilli: 1 chopped
  7. Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
  8. Salt: as per taste
  9. Boiled egg: 1 diced
  10. Oats: 1 tbsp dry roasted
  11. Flax seeds: 1 tsp
  12. Chat masala: as per taste
  13. Black pepper powder: 1/4 tsp
Instructions
  1. First take a mixer and add dry roasted oats, flax seeds, chat masala and black pepper powder and make a fine powder.
  2. Next take a bowl and mix sprouts, onions, tomatoes, cucumber, salt and oats mixture and give it a light mix, so oats coat the sprouts.
  3. Next add green chillies, lemon juice and coriander and last diced eggs.
  4. Serve them fresh and have it with a toast or smoothie.
  5. This same mixture can be added in yoghurt to make a healthy mid morning snack too.
