And ensure a healthy future- Mixed Sprouts: 1 cup (Beans, lentils etc)
- Onion: 1 tbsp chopped
- Tomato: 1 tbsp chopped
- Cucumber: 1 tbsp chopped
- Coriander: 1 tbsp chopped
- Green chilli: 1 chopped
- Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
- Salt: as per taste
- Boiled egg: 1 diced
- Oats: 1 tbsp dry roasted
- Flax seeds: 1 tsp
- Chat masala: as per taste
- Black pepper powder: 1/4 tsp
- First take a mixer and add dry roasted oats, flax seeds, chat masala and black pepper powder and make a fine powder.
- Next take a bowl and mix sprouts, onions, tomatoes, cucumber, salt and oats mixture and give it a light mix, so oats coat the sprouts.
- Next add green chillies, lemon juice and coriander and last diced eggs.
- Serve them fresh and have it with a toast or smoothie.
- This same mixture can be added in yoghurt to make a healthy mid morning snack too.
