- Wheat flour: 1 cup
- Oats powder: 2 tbsp
- Ragi flour: 1 tbsp
- Spinach puree: 1/2 cup
- Salt: as per taste
- Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbsp
- Mushroom: 1/2 cup sliced
- Onions: 1 sliced
- Tomato: 1 small chopped
- Capsicum: 1/2 cup sliced
- Black pepper: as per taste
- Basil : 1/2 tsp
- Garlic: 1 tsp chopped
- Tomato sauce: 1 tbsp
- Hung curd: 2 tbsp
- Honey: 1 tbsp
- Oil: 1 tbsp
- Knead the flour with ginger garlic paste and spinach puree and keep aside.
- Add honey, black pepper, salt in hung curd.
- Heat oil and add chopped garlic and then saute onions.
- Add tomato , capsicum and mushroom with little salt and cook till its done.
- Add tomato sauce, basil, black pepper and keep aside.
- Now make a roti out of spinach dough and spread the hung curd spread.
- Next add the layer of mushroom on the sides and wrap the roti tightly.
