Kadhi Kichadi, does that sound new to you?
I love this Kadhi rice but then sometimes feel lazy to do all that cooking and that's when I made this Kadhi Kichadi. It was taste of Kadhi with goodness of nutrition and minimal use of oil. We just need to be careful to keep it moist enough and not to add too much of chickpea flour as that would make it more dry. However, it should be had just steaming hot to enjoy it moist texture and flavor.
While I work from home and mostly prefer quick fix meals , this Kadhi Kichadi came out quite handy for me. Also if you are giving it to kids adding some ghee would only make it more delicious. So while you are too lazy for all that hard work in kitchen , this Kadhi Kichadi can be a good fit to you scheme of things next time
