Here is my favorite version on pav bhaji which is actually healthy pav bhaji. Not that I don't like the regular pav bhaji but the goodness this healthy pav bhaji brings is out of the world. This recipe has beetroot, pumpkin, sweet potato , carrot all what your kids would have without knowing the reality. Isn't that interesting?
I love making this regularly for my family and the red color which beetroot gives is also very tempting. Infact this red color makes the whole healthy pav bhaji more inviting and what more would you want. If you follow the recipe, you would realise that my procedure is little different and that does bring lot of change in the pav bhaji along with speedy cooking. The ingredients are simple can you also add bottle gourd incase you have one in addition to all the vegetables added and that would only enhance the taste.
