mushroom-dosaMushroom Dosa a super easy recipe and equally yum too. So one of these days when I had some leftover dosa batter and wanted to make something interesting for everyone's lunch box , thought of giving some twist  . Now the catch was that I wanted to make use of mushrooms which I had bought a day before but my son would have easily rejected them.

That's when I thought of trying out something interesting by making mushroom past and turning the regular dosa to Mushroom Dosa. Infact this paste with some cream cheese can be an interesting dip too, but this paste worked out well for this Mushroom Dosa , just because my son finished it within no time. So if you have followed my recipes in past, trust me you wouldn't say no this Mushroom Dosa at all.
