beetroot-rollThese beetroot rolls are actually more than simple rolls and I would call them wraps because of the ridge gourd chutney inside. So one of these days when I had prepare tiffin box and was lazy make different tiffin boxes for school and office, that's when I thought of these beetroot rolls. Actually I never realised tat these beetroot rolls would taste so good with this ridge gourd chutney.

The best part is that , this full roll have the goodness of cereal, grains and vegetables and offcourse hardly needs much of oil. The more you have this, you would only keep asking for these beetroot rolls.

  1. Hey Rakshita, I made beetroot rolls and I must say that it turned to be good. I myself am not a great fan of beetroot but since it is so healthy that I wanted to include this in my daughter’s food. It was very delicious although I made coriander chutney instead of ridge gourd.

Thanks again for sharing so healthy recipes ?

  2. Hey RD. Simply loved this beetroot rolls. Did little changes instead of wheat flour
I used multi grain flour and the taste was heavely. Tastes better when served hot
And turai chutney was a complete surprise for me,never thought that chutney could be
Made out of turai and it was easier than coriander chutney as we have to simply
Peel, cut and grind. A big thumbs up for both this recipes
