Soya Parathas are my yummy twist of fusion to the regular parathas. This recipe of Soya Parathas is simple but comes with creamy and italian flavouring . Infact adding milk and washing granules helps to cut down on the smell of soya granules and that also add lot of creaminess in the soya mixture. These Soya Parathas are full of good nutrition and they definately can be you cheat food for famliy who otherwise wouldn't eat soya.
My son loves paratha's but making him eat soya is a struggle but these Soya Parathas are a breeze. They go well for tiffin or even quick dinner bites and leave me feeling more relaxed than worry about this nutrition. Soya Parathas are fully packed with protein and that is what makes them even more better food option. Soya Parathas go well with chuteny or even pickles and tastes great even otherwise too.
