I have just made Oats Coin once and already looking forward to make it again.
Infact this was an accidental recipe and I honestly haven't seen it too anywhere. Here is how I got into Oats Coin. One of these days I wanted to have something different than regular muesli and so thought of making masala oats. While I was half way making it, I thought of adding some twist and that turned out to be Oats Coin. So Oats Coin were not just yum but healthy too because I added hung curd spread instead of butter or mayonnaise.
Oats Coin can be a great tiffin recipe and trust me you kid would love to have these beautiful coins ,without event knowing the real ingredients. Another way is to bake it crisp and serve as starters with cocktails and let you guest enjoy Oats Coin and keep guessing it.
