Hung curd veg sandwich
Have you tried Hung curd veg sandwich before?
Neither did I.
For me its my healthy replacement of cole slaw and when I was thinking of a replacement of mayonnaise, hung curd came out as a good solution. Infact apart from all the other vegetable added as per recipe you can add chopped cabbage too for some extra crunch. Hung curd veg sandwich made a great lunch for me and I just loved its creamy taste without much of guilt. Infact Hung curd veg sandwich can make a great tiffin snack too.

Ingredients
- Bread slices :4
- Capsicum: 2 tbsp fine chopped
- Onions: 2 tbsp fine chopped
- Tomato: 1 deseeded and chopped
- Carrot: 1 tbsp grated
- Green Chilli: 1 chopped
- Coriander: 1 tsp chopped
- Hung curd: 2 tbsp
- Oregano: ½ tsp
- Black pepper: 1/2tsp
- Black salt: as per taste
- Cheese spread: 1 tsp
- Butter: ½ tsp (optional)
Instructions
- Add chopped veggies to hung curd along with carrot (squeezed properly) and mix well.
- Add seasonings ,coriander, cheese spread and butter and mix it well.
- Now spread it on the bread slice and cover it with other one.
- Grill the sandwich and serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
