Ingredients
- Red Capsicum: 1/2 cup cubed
- Green Capsicum: 1/2 cup cubed
- Yellow Capsicum: 1/2 cup cubed
- Onion: 1 chopped
- Tomato : 1 cubed
- Paneer : 250gms cubed
- Ginger paste: 1 tsp
- Garlic paste: 1 tsp
- Onion: 1 chopped
- Coriander powder: 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds: 1/1 tsp
- Cumin powder: 1 tsp
- Garam masala: 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder: 1tsp
- Salt: to taste
- Lemon: 1 tsp
- Oil: 1 tsp
Instructions
- Heat oil in a wok and add cumin seeds to splutter.
- Add onions and saute and later add garlic and ginger paste and cook for two mins.
- Add tomatoes, coriander powder, cumin powder with salt and cook for a min.
- Add all the capsicums and saute and add paneer cubes and cook for 2 -3 mins.
- Add lemon juice and serve hot with chapati
