Kiwi PannaKiwi Panna sounds interesting..isn't it?? You would find the taste too interesting.

I came across this interesting recipe in one of the Sanjeev Kapoor's book and have been on my mind for long.So I have put Aam Panna recipe in past but Kiwi Panna is different but quite similar.

Kiwi Panna is easy to make and the only catch is if using more Kiwi fruit in Kiwi Panna and keep a tab on pepper corn and ginger otherwise it would get bitter. You can replace sugar with jaggery in Kiwi Panaa and this would make the drink tastier. Cooking kiwi fruit in microwave retains the taste while boiling might take away some incase you don't retain the water. Kiwi Panna overall can be served as a mocktail too in your dinner parties and i am sure your guests and kids would love it.
