Veg Pinwheels look interesting..Don't they?
Trust me these veg pinwheels are even easier than interesting and the best part of these veg pinwheels that you can choose your own fillings. Now for this recipe of veg pinwheels I have used cream cheese but hung curd tastes equally good. These veg pinwheels can be a great tiffin bite too and kids would just love it.
Well for me veg pinwheels were not for tiffins but for a get together with friends which happened post diwali. Now I wanted to keep something non oily after all the diwali sweets which we relished to the core. That's when I came across this wonderful recipe with tortilla for veg pinwheels and all I did twisted it with white bread. To make it healthier you can use wheat bread too.
All I can say this recipe of veg pinwheels was a hit and next time when you want something interesting do try this one!!

- Mix all the ingredients apart from bread together.
- Take the bread slice and cut of the side crust.
- Now with a rolling pin spread the bread so it becomes thinner.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the bread.
- Now slowly roll the bread slice in a cylinder and wrap it in aluminum foil and keep in refrigerator.
- After some 2 hrs take it out and cut it in small pieces and serve it with tangy minty dip.
