Palak Channa Dal

Palak ChannaPalak Channa Dal is not just easy to cook but tasty and equally nutritious. This was my first try of Palak Channa Dal but must say it came out just the way I wanted. Palak Channa Dal is something which takes me back to my childhood days and I still remember how my mom use to make it very often. Those days I was not very fond of Palak Channa Dal but as I grew developed the taste of Palak Channa Dal and then it became a routine food for me.

But then over the time Palak Channa Dal went on back seat and then one day as I was talking to me mom she reminded me about Palak Channa Dal. That day I though to try out Palak Channa Dal my way and that is how this recipe of Palak Channa Dal came up. Try out this Palak Channa Dal with hot naan or roti.
