Instant Rabri

Instant Rabri was not on mind at all when I started my Diwali preparations , but as it turned out Instant Rabri proved to be such a delight. So if you were to believe me doing Diwali preparations is really a big task specially if you a working mom. Hence the triple duty this time was taking a toll on me and here I was standing on D Day without any sweets prepared. I am glad I had seen a post from Sanjeev Kapoor where he used bread to make Instant Rabri.

If you come to see to it we have been making bread dahi bada, bread gulabjamuns then why not Instant Rabri and  it just took me 15 mins to make this delicious Instant Rabri. All I did was kept it in refrigerator a d served it chilled in the evening and there it was getting all the praises.

So if you too haven't made anything..try now and relish the home made sweetness of Instant Rabri
