Ingredients
- For the wrap
- Besan :1cup
- Salt:as per taste
- Water:1 1/2 glass
- For stuffing
- Green Bell peppers:2
- Red Bell pepper:1
- Yellow Bell pepper: 1
- Grated carrot : 1cup
- Grated cheese : 1/2cup
- Finely chopped tomatoes :1/2cup
- Butter :1tbsp
- Salt:as per taste
- Pepper powder :1/2 tsp
Instructions
- Take a frying pan add butter and add the veggies and fry till tender.
- Now add salt and pepper and give it a good mix.
- In a separate bowl take besan add salt and water and mix it to a thin consistency and spread on a tava as dosa and cook on both sides.
- Now apply green chutney on the chilla and place the veggies on the chilla and roll it as a wrap. Ready to go in kids lunch boxes as well.
