Paneer and Spingonions

Paneer and Spring Onions together made a wonderful combination. Tempting enough for you to atleast give it a try. And that's what exactly happened with me. One of those days when my son wanted to have a different type of Paneer and like a curious mom was looking out for new recipes.

So I bumped into this recipe of Paneer and Spring Onions by Chef Vikas on youtube. Now the recipe of Paneer and Spring Onions looked easy but yet quite inviting. So I thought to try it out with my own twist and thus came my version on Paneer and Spring Onions. It not just tasted yum but was actually made my son really happy and not to miss those bonus kisses and hugs I got during bed time.
