Paneer Oregano

Now this is one really interesting recipe for which I would thanks Karan Dua from Chef at Large , a Food community. His recipes are mostly very simple just like this one. The two ingredients , small onions and oregano just added enough twist to our usual Paneer.

I am myself a Paneer fan and this Paneer Oregano was too tempting to try. Oregano because of the seasoning and you may want to give more color to the dish by adding colorful capsicums too. Just make sure cooking is done without covering or else the veggies would loose there color. Don’t even think twice before trying this awesome recipe of Paneer Oregano as for me, it would be a regular feature for Sundays J
