Bread Dahi Vada

Bread Dahi Vada

Dahi vada is something which everyone likes and essentially it should be super soft to eat to.During holis my grandmom use to prepare some such dishes which I can’t forget to till now and Dahi Vada was one of our favorites. I still remember how once she with her trembling hands made Dahi vada for me and didn’t let anyone else do, just because I was so fond of them.

Now after I started independent cooking I made Dahi vada many times but never ever could get the softness here Dahi vada had. I tried all mixing, beating combos and finally came across this recipe of Bread Dahi vada. Now I initially was apprehensive trying on bread but it just turned out to be the softest vada you would ever have. On top of that Bread Dahi Vada was just no oil recipe which took hardly 10 mins to complete, now why would I ever bother about the proportion of soaked dals.
