PANEER!!
I am yet to meet a vegetarian who doesn't love this super creamy , soft and equally yummy dairy avatar. Since my childhood Paneer remains to be my choicest food and till date most of my experiments have been around Paneer. So now that one reason why my first post on this blog has been on Paneer. Trust me with a family of mine where we can eat Paneer for all meals, it wouldn't take me a while to just make this Paneer blog. But then keep the best interest forward I'll try my best to make this as diverse as possible.
However I happen to have a friend who is not just an amazing professional , mom , wife but an awesome cook too. She recently shared one of the recipes she tried and was well appreciated by all those who could get their fingers on it…yes it was finger licking good food. So here is what you can try this weekend and don’t forget to share your experience with us.
