Chole Capsicum

Chole Capsicum is equally interesting as its name suggests. Infact if you ask me both the major ingredients of Chole Capsicum remain my favorite,so that possibly justifies as to how I one day just made this yummy dish one day quite randomly. One of those busy working days with naughty boy asking for his special treat at dinner ,Chole Capsicum was a innovation from residual vegetables.Infact though he is not a capsicum fan but with chole he hardly created much fuss. So Chole Capsicum worked for me well without asking for much.

Though it was a recipe which came out of when I literally had nothing than a small capsicum/bell pepper in my fridge, still the taste was not less that perfert. In Chole Capsicum became a regular for days when cooking was not much on card. You can have this Chole Capsicum with Naan/Parathas or even Pav and enjoy the distinct taste of Capsicum cooked will still now over cooked in Chole.
