Capsicum PulaoCapsicum Pulao is one of my favorite one pot meals when I work from home and to add more flavour and nutrition I add black channa too. So Capsicum Pulao has everything you need , taste and health.

You can feel free to use brown rice in Capsicum Pulao as well. Infact I had just two capsicum red and yellow but you can add green too and then these colors will make Capsicum Pulao more appetizing.
