Here comes another experiment from my kitchen...now if its from Recipe Dabba , it has to come with healthy touch. So one of these days when I was conducting #CookWithRD session at Cloud Fronts Technologies, one of the teams used coffee with greek yoghurt and the taste turned out awesome. Taking the hint from that amazing recipe, here I bring the Fruity Coffee Toast for you.

Now this tastes like 'Coffee Bite' with such awesome tanginess which comes from yoghurt and golden kiwi, while pomegranate gives the crunch and sweet juicy bite too. This toast can me you mid morning snack when you crave for coffee or when your friends are visiting you for a tea party. Oh yes!! and its super easy!! Ingredients
  1. Whole wheat bread slices: 2
  2. Yoghurt: 1 cup
  3. Coffee powder: 1/2 tsp
  4. Honey: 1 tbsp
  5. Pomegranate: 2 tbsp
  6. Kiwi fruit: 1 sliced
Instructions
  1. First mix coffee powder and honey gently in the yoghurt and then hang it for min one hour in a sieve.
  2. Once your hung curd is ready, that is its thick lump like you can trim the bread slice and toast it.
  3. Now cut it diagonally and then spread the coffee flavored hung curd on the bread.
  4. Next layer the fruits (kiwi and pomegranate) and serve for breakfast or snacks.
