This is Mushroom Corn Oats Burger and I can bet you would love it. This burger made of goodness loaded ingredients is super yummy and the all over the taste the yum is oozing out it. I made burger out some left over veggies and it turned out this great. Honestly we all like deep fried patties, but this one is grilled on a girdle pan and tastes great. You can cook it for little longer for crispiness but I don't want to lose nutrition because of over cooking.

Ingredients
  1. Mushroom: 6-7 sliced
  2. Capsicum: 12 tbsp chopped
  3. Corn : 1/2 cup boiled
  4. Oats: 1/4 cup
  5. Garlic: 1/2 tsp chopped
  6. Black pepper: 1/4 tsp
  7. Mixed herbs: 1/2 tsp
  8. Oregano: 1/4 tsp
  9. Salt: as per taste
  10. Red chilli flakes: 1/4 tsp
  11. Lemon juice: 1/4 tsp
  12. Tomato sauce: 1/2 tbsp
  13. Burger bun: 1
  14. Onion: 2 rings
  15. Tomato: 1 slice
  16. Hung curd: 1 tbsp
  17. Olive oil: 1 tsp
Instructions
  1. Heat oil and saute garlic in it.
  2. Add mushrooms , capsicum and corn and cook for 2-3 mins.
  3. Add tomato sauce and then oats and cook for another 2-3 mins.
  4. Now add all the seasonings like salt, black pepper, chilli flakes, oregano and mix it well.
  5. Let this mixture cool and then make patties out of it.
  6. Now heat a girdle and cook the patties till they are light brown on both the sides.
  7. Add mixed herbs and salt in hung curd and keep aside.
  8. Now toast the bun and one add hung curd spread and other sauce.
  9. Layer a tomato, patties and then onion rings and serve it immediately.
