orange-raitaOrange Raita is one of the easiest and tastiest raita you would have had in a while. Its super refreshing and the I wouldn't mind calling it a dessert if I present it in shot glasses. Yes, this Orange Raita  is that awesome.

The subtle taste of orange with the creaminess of fresh yoghurt mixed with mint leaves and bites of pomegranate and you would just ask for more. So one of these days when my son has been fan of orange juice  and I had lots of them stacked in the fruit basket , I thought of trying this interesting twist in Orange Raita. Like always, I was skeptical about the results but then it turned out to be as tasty as I had imagined and no surprises that hubby loved it to the core too.

So next time you see oranges hanging out, you exactly know how to put them to task 🙂
