Sattu Raita. Another favorite of mine. I love Sattu so much that I can go one experimenting with it and still now be done with it. The fun about making recipes out of Sattu is that you can be rest assured about the nutritional benefits. Its very digestive and also is a great source of Calcium and Protein. Making a raita just enhances those nutrition aspect. While the flavour comes from the tempering and your should not avoid that.

The tempering can change to your choice but it will definitely take the taste to next level. My personal choice always is to add garlic when it some to Sattu and I feel they go well together. But those who don’t like garlic can skip it too. You can make the tempering in coconut oil as well and add some podi masala to give another taste to this Sattu Raita. So go ahead and try super healthy recipe today.
