Dal Aloo Vada

Dal Aloo Vada is our way of making Aloo Vada healthier and still as tasty as possible. These are protein rich and can be enjoyed hot with any dip or green chutney. We loved stuffing potato inside but you can make it full protein with adding paneer and little cheese too. Have tried that combination for my son and must say that too was a hit.

Appe pan is a savior for lot of us. While many folks use air fryer but I am yet to understand it more.So still sticking to appe pans which also consume minimal oil and give us amazing recipes too. Also the outer crust comes out to be so crusty. You can also pack these for tiffin or make them as quick fix evening snacks. We however enjoyed this when it was raining a lot along with a cup of hot ginger tea. Choice is yours as long as you can enjoy this.
