Amrud Chutney! I was inspired to try after a dear fried Dr Mehrunisa mentioned it couple of times and then I had to try too.
Chutneys are a good way to eat raw and also consume nutrition daily in its purest form. All you have to do is take care of cleaning the ingredients well before you turn them into a chutney.
Amrud Chutney is one easy peasy recipe all you have to do in blend everything together and enjoy. Chutneys are fun and extremely healthy and one should have it everyday I feel. It’s you power packed immunity bomb for which people run after pill. Green chutneys have all what we need to keep our immunity well in place.
Amrud Chutney
Ingredients
- 1 Guava (just ripe)
- 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
- 1 Green Chilli
- 1/4 tsp Black Salt
- 1/4 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- 1/4 tsp Unrefined Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 4 Mint Leaves
Instructions
Take the guava and chop without seeds and add in the blender.
Add all the other things and little water and make a chutney.
Add a little chopped mint later on and serve fresh.
