Ragi Twisters! They for sure turned out crispy, tasty so much so that we are already out of stock in 3 days. This is when I was rationing it 🙂

We have always loved Ragi Chips, but what you get in markets are too spicy and offcourse not really healthy. So when lockdown happened and we were limited to only healthy eating, since I won’t make anything else , Ragi Twisters came out as a good try. These aren’t pure Ragi as have used some whole wheat flour as well for some gluten, but I would surely try a gluten free version too. Infact as I was writing this piece, I was also snacking on the last few pieces of Ragi Twisters. They are so crisp and flavoursome that now , I am going to try the next version very soon.

I also teamed it up with a fresh cottage cheese dip . Baking makes it dry and as it is Ragi or Millets are dry so overall a good dip goes really well in giving you a complete feeling for a good snacking. A healthy protein rich dip with this scrumptious Ragi Twisters satiates your evening hunger. Trust me you can’t stop on one 🙂

So what are you waiting, lets go crack the recipe and enjoy our Ragi Twisters.
