Masala Trail Mix is a super easy way of adding some fun to your snack time. Mix of nuts and seeds has always been my favorite but then I wanted to make it with some twist to it. This Trail Mix was that perfect combination of light masala with all our family favorite things. All of which are protein rich with fibre too. A combination one can easily enjoy for evening snacks or evening tiffin time.

While I thought this would last of at least a week, got finished in just three days. Ya, they loved Masala Trail Mix! Adding Chana was my first time and baking gave good even roasting to all of them together. Adding choco chips was something which is specially done to make tiffin times more fun. In search of choco chips goes some fun element and some nutrition too. You can use your choice of nuts and seeds. I however wanted to use Walnut hence that’s the major part of this Trail Mix.

Also these Trail Mixes should be had handful every day. This makes them a great mid morning or even evening snack. Like anything else do not over eat these too. The protein will help in building strength and also give enough goodness for growing minds and body.
