Rajma Chawal Tikki
Ingredients
- 1 cup Leftover Rajma
- 1 cup Leftover Rice
- 1/2 cup Paneer
- 2 tbsp Coriander
- 1 Green Chilli
- 1 tsp Chat Masala
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Makhana Powder
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
Instructions
Add Rajma and Chawal in a pan and mix while gently drying up all the water.
Next add chopped green chilli and paneer and mash them all together.
For better results cool down and add this in a mixer and make a paste.
Add chat masala, pepper powder, coriander, lemon juice and makhana powder and mix together. Makhana powder will make it less sticky however keep it in refrigerator for 15 mins.
Take it out of the refrigerator and with wet palms make small patties and shallow fry in a pan and serve hot with green chutney.
