Next add the makhana powde in a grinder again along with chopped dates and pulse it till the makhana and dates turn into a combined powder.
Take out the makhana and dates powder and add chopped nuts , seeds , choco chips, rock salt and cinnamon powder and mix gently with finger tips.
Now mix little milk and combine this all together and bring it in one big lump.
Now take a baking dish and put a baking sheet and press this dough evenly with a thickness in around 1/2 inch. Even if it doesn't cover the full tray its perfectly fine. I used a square dish and it just covered 1/4 of it.
Preheat the oven and then bake it of 10 min at 180 degrees.
Cool it and then cut it into small pieces before serving. You can also keep this in refrigerator for 30 mins if you feel its still soft.
