If you follow my recipes, you would know how much I love experimenting. But that’s the essence of working at Recipe Dabba, I get to do things my way 🙂

So I had never tried Pudina Parathas before, and I also wanted to make to chapata rather than just having Pudina flavur. I realised that cooking with oil will lesses the nutrition which Pudina and other ingredients provide to made rotis instead. Also in the flour mixed Sattu which is very rich in calcium and protein and gives a very nice toasty flavour too. You can use roasted gram flour if sattu isn’t available or just skip it.

Adding mint in two ways, paste and chopped helps a lot in retaining flavour, smell and taste. So would advice to do it as suggested in the recipe.
