Let is say Happy Diwali people!! Now that it is Diwali time, you-me and all are looking for yummy Diwali options. Diwali is incomplete without sweets and what it we make it healthy, well we can enjoy it even more, isn’t it? However this option of Kesari Badami Rabri can be tried otherwise too and you would enjoy it as much.

So while I was writing this blog, I have a clock ticking to pack my bag for my trip to back home this Diwali and I am for sure going to enjoy more food. Eating yummy but healthy delights are something I enjoy more, as they are lighter to digest too and that keeps one more active.

Here we quickly go to the recipe of Kesari Badami Rabri.

Kesari Badami Rabri

Cook Time 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 Mini Rasgullas
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Milk Powder
  • 2 tbsp Almond Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Kesar
  • 2 tbsp Jaggery

Instructions

  1. Boil milk and then add milk powder and keep then flame medium while you keep stirring it.

  2. Next add almond powder and keep cooking it till it thickens.

  3. Add kesar in 1 tbsp of milk and then add it in the milk mixture and switch off the flame after 1 minute.

  4. Wait for another minute after the flame is switched off and add jaggery powder and mix well.

  5. Now take a serving bowl, dip the rasgullas in warm water , squeeze them and lay in the bowl.

  6. Top it up with rabri and serve it chilled and garnished with rose petals and almonds.
