Here is Protein Wrap and the reason why I have tried this recipe is because I was looking for protein rich options for myself as well as something which can be packed in tiffin box for my son or given to him as an evening snack.

Now the catch was what all to use , so apart from a mix of pulses and sprouted lentils I also gave a combination of egg white and cottage cheese along with fibre rich vegetables. So the combined things together not just tasted great but also made a wholesome meal. Like all the other recipes, this Protein Wrap too is well balanced as comes with its nutrition chart to help you understand the goodness it contains.

Here lets go to the recipe of Protein Wrap.
