Ragi Mango Sharbat is actually another version of Sattu ka Sharbat, which is a staple of Bihari food. So while I was looking for using Ragi in my diet , this is then that I tried to experiment on this version and it did turn out well.  Interestingly it being holiday season , I have my son to give me good opinion on different recipes I keep trying. He isn't an easy person to be pleased and I do 'red marks' on many recipes on which I am quite confidant. Well the beauty of the Ragi Mango Sharhat that it was cleared by my son too, however what he didn't like that Ragi was settling down , so I made the Ragi Mango Sharbat for him where I sieved the Sharbat after making too. However for any adult it isn't required and I am sure you can manage with little Ragi taste in your Sharbat. Raw Mangoes are rich in Vitamin C and that's why I havn't made a Panna here just so I can retain it in my Sharbat. So if you are looking for a nutritious cooler for this summers, here is the one for you.
