Steamed Multigrain Vadas, sounds interesting..isn't it? Well I know Vadas are much loved in their original, deep fried version. But trust me this isn't bad either. The goodness of green stays and the taste comes out good too. It isn't like the deep fried version to be honest but if you are looking for a healthy snacking option and want to stay away from oil , I would say this is a must try.
Steam cooks the vadas from inside and gives it the right stiffness needs . This goes well with a nice chutney to combine with. All I can say you can't say No to this for sure. This has all the best grains and vegetables, so a couple of them not just give you fibre but vitamins and minerals too.
