Winters are reminders of some highly nutritious fruits and berries and Gooseberry is one of them. While its loaded with Vitamin C and hence very good to be had in various forms but making a chutney is what we all have been fond of.
However I thought to bring in little change in the typical way of making Gooseberry or Amla Chutney. Since I had few basil leaves and some sweet fruits available which only added to my experiments. So here i present my Gooseberry and Basil Chutney for you to enjoy.
