Before I tried my hand on this healthier version on Sabudana Vada, I could not fantom having it with so much of oil. Deep fried food has not been a favorite for quite some time. Blame it to heated oil that it makes you feel heavy after eating it.
So last year I tried making these small Healthy Sabudana Vadas in my appe pan and they came out so well. All this while, I never thought appe pan can be so handy and make life easier. Oh!! Have you checked this awesome kofta I tried with appe pan.
