- Steamed Rice: 2 cups
- Garlic: 1 tbsp chopped
- Spinach: 6-7 leaves
- Peas: 1/2 cup
- Broccoli: 1/2 cup florets
- Onions: 1/2 cup sliced
- Oil: 1 tbsp
- Salt: to taste
- Black pepper : 1 tsp freshly crushed
- Cinnamon powder: 1/2 tsp
- Caramalise onions and keep aside.
- Blanch spinach, peas and broccoli for 5 mins and keep aside.
- Heat oil and saute garlic and add 1/2 of the caramelized onions.
- Add all the sauted veggies with chopped spinach too and mix salt and black pepper.
- Now mix steamed rice , adjust seasonings and add cinnamon powder and cook for 3-4 mins and serve hot.
