Zucchini Bruchetta

- Garlic bread: 4 slices
- Zucchini: 1 chopped
- Tomato: 1 de-seeded and chopped
- Shallots: 1/2 cup
- Garlic: 5 cloves finely chopped
- Garlic powder: 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder: 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli flakes: 1/4 tsp
- Basil leaves: 2
- Oregano seasonings: 1/2 tsp
- Salt: as per taste
- Cheese: 1/2 tsp
- Olive oil: 1/2 tsp
- Heat oil and saute garlic with shallots.
- Saute zucchini and tomato with some salt and all the other seasonings.
- Toast the garlic bread and add the vegetables on top of it.
- Garnish with cheese and serve hot.
