Broccoli in Ragi Sauce
Broccoli in Ragi Sauce is what I tried one of the weekends when everyone was looking for a new recipe from me. Yes, being a food blogger means you have a raised expectations to handle while being on the job of perfection always.
So ragi is a great source of calcium and that intrigued me enough to add it in my regular diet. We all love good food and this Broccoli in Ragi Sauce was a hit in my family. I added cheese since my son loves the smell of cheese and it also enhances the flavour of the entire baked sauce. You can skip cheese too and it would still taste great. Broccoli in Ragi Sauce is my quick fix try with broccoli and ragi sauce works as a great replacement for usual maida or refined flour sauce. This ragi sauce has its own taste which compliments well with italian seasonings. You can serve it with toast or just like that and enjoy every bite of it.
