Dal Pizza!! doesn't it sound unusual. Forget about appealing my family would have not even tasted it.

Ha ha, but that's only when someone would have told them its  Dal Pizza. As long as kids are concerned all they need is yummy looking food and if it has a look alike to their favorite, nothing like it.Kids just love this Dal Pizza and not just them even adults love it too. I have tried these as party starters and they have been a great hit. Best part is you can flavor it with seasonings or pesto and give it your own variations.

The first time when my husband had Dal Pizza, he kept asking for more and my son loved this Dal Pizza with melted cheese on top of it.These Dal Pizza have been quite an instant unlike any fermented dal recipes. Its time you give this goodness of dal and rice with topped veggies to your kids . Time to try your hands on Dal Pizza.

Ingredients
  1. Toor Dal: 2 tbsp
  2. Urad Dal: 2 tbsp
  3. Chana Dal: 2 tbsp
  4. Moong Dal: 2 tbsp
  5. Red Masoor Dal: 2 tbsp
  6. Rice: 2 tbsp
  7. Methi: 1/4 tsp
  8. Garlic: 3-4 cloves
  9. Pasta seasonings: 1 tbsp
  10. Salt: as per taste
  11. Black pepper powder: 1/2 tsp
  12. Cheese grated: 1 tbsp
  13. Boiled corn: 2 tbsp
  14. Tomatoes: 2 tbsp chopped
  15. Oil: 1 tsp
Instructions
  1. Soak rice and all the dals together for 2 hrs and soak methi seeds too.
  2. Now grind these together with salt and garlic and some water.
  3. Take a mini uttapam pan and heat it.
  4. Smear some oil and pour the mixture on the pan.
  5. Now add tomatoes, corn and pasta seasonings on the top on the dal pizza.
  6. After 5 min flip it and let it get brown on the other side too.
  7. Serve this hot with some grated cheese on top of it.
