Arbi Parathas are my one stop solutions when I am in hurry to pack some good food for my little one's tiffin and have to pack something equally good for my work. While it goes without saying, these Arbi Parathas are nothing but packed Roti and Sabji together . While most of the us love parathas not many are fond of having Arbi and if its kids , then its certain no 🙂
While for me Arbi remains to be one of must haves as for its goodness of nutrients, like Vitamin B6 and Phosphorus. Now making Arbi the original way has never been difficult but make it pleasing for a five year old was for sure a challenge. That's when I thought of making Arbi Parathas and cut down on all the fuss. I wrapped these with some interesting Beet Chutney and that just worked well for me. You can put some cheese spread and pack it with some extra love. All what kids want is quick , tasty food to save play time during breaks while moms like you and me are looking for an opportunity to feed them these highly loved Arbi Parathas.
