If you have been regular on my blog then would have seen that I love experimenting with sandwiches and that's what happens when you are a mom on five year old.
Let me tell you how this Dill and Egg sandwich happened. So one of these days I was struggling to feed my son greens and specially dill which is popularly know as soya too that's when I thought of trying it like a french toast. Then started the gradual substitution and adding more texture and colors to the sandwich while still keeping it super quick. So, I generally love keeping my Dill and Egg Sandwich toasted nicely and served with fresh juice , while you can have it with some cold milk too.
