Bread Stuffed Omelette is one interesting way to present your omelette and makes it fulling too. How did I make this Bread Stuffed Omelette?
Well I had some leftover Bread Poha and then I wanted to use it in a different manner and hubby wanted to have omelette for breakfast. Now all I had to do marry it together. Infact if you make this bread poha little crispy and add some grated cheese , kids would just love it. The recipe here doesn't include cheese but feel free to add for kids .
Another interesting thing is that every bite will have soft , cheesy, juicy and crispy bite too and that just make it delicious. Infact its just a little change in the regular omelette and hence its very easy to make. Also while you serve the one Bread Stuffed Omelette is like a full meal and doesn't need any toast to be served. Bread Stuffed Omelette is a must try and it would make your breakfast yummier.

- Broken bread: 1 cup
- Onion: 1 tbsp chopped
- Cumin seeds: 1/2 tsp
- Tomato sauce: 1tbsp
- Salt: to taste
- Garam masala: 1/2 tsp
- Oil: 1 tbsp
- Egg:1
- Green chilli: 1 chopped
- Coriander leaves: 1 tbsp chopped
- Oregano: 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice: 1 tsp
- Milk: 2 tbsp
- Ginger: 1 tsp chopped
- Heat oil and saute onions and then add salt, garam masala and tomato sauce.
- Add bread pieces and give it a good mix till its all coated on the bread pieces.
- Cover the bread and let it cook on slow for some time.
- Add lemon juice and then keep it aside.
- Beat egg with green chillis, milk, salt and oregano.
- Heat a small pan and pour the egg batter and cook it covered.
- Now after one minute when its done from the lower side spread bread mixture on half of the omelette.
- If you want you can add cheese on top of this otherwise fold the other half on top of the bread mixture.
- Cook omelette nicely and evenly from all the side.
- Serve hot with some hot beverage.
