Dhokla Curry!! Ya sounds unsual right?
So one of these days I was tempted to eat kofta's but was too lazy to make them also wanted to avoid some deep frying. But my pantry had some Dokhla mixture in which I added some chopped tomato, ginger garlic paste and onions . All it too me 10 mins before I dipped the fluffy Dhokla in the gravy and that's where it became Dhokla Curry. My husband too was surprised that Dhokla's can taste so good with gravy while we always had it with chutney. So this Dhokla Curry came as a very handly dish for all those who have less time to prepare food but still want to not miss on the taste and goddness
