Apple Shahi Toast, doesn't this sound like a super tempting dessert. Oh well!! Its is indeed an amazing one. Apple Shahi Toast is my healthier version of one of my childhood favorite Shahi Toast and this one was a total hit on my dinner table. Now the only thing which stopped me from trying this for many years was the deep fried version and that's where I brought changes in Apple Shahi Toast. With much lesser oil this one tasted equally good.
This Apple Shahi Toast has been made twice since this time I clicked this picture for my blog two weeks back and the most amazing part is that its super easy and hardly takes any time. My twist of caramalized apples give it a new flavour and add more crunch and bite to it. So next time you are looking for a quick fix dessert, here is one for you.
