Apple cucumber raita was one of my friday night's trial and it turned out to be another good addition to my blog.
Infact my husband did enquire me about the combinations in Apple cucumber raita which he later figured out himself later . Both apple and cucumber give two shades of crunch to Apple cucumber raita and that just makes it more interesting. I also have combined some peeled apples and some with the skin to add more colour contrast and same can be done with green cucumber while you add them in your Apple cucumber raita. Also tempering it with mustard seeds is optional but it just adds some indian flavour to the raita and the green chilles give a nice spicy touch to Apple cucumber raita.
So now that it was a successful attempt and I can assure you to try this recipe of Apple cucumber raita for my family its once a week addition to the menu and yes goes well with any pulav or paratha.
